Diversified Foundations was founded in 2002 as a small scale Concrete Foundation Contractor. Our company has grown & developed to a larger scale Concrete & Civil Construction company. From the initial formation of Diversified Foundations, we have had the philosophy of balancing a larger pie to accept new people and growth into the organization. Diversified Foundations expanded the company in 2011 to add the “Diversified Excavation” division.
We have progressed to a foundation contracting company providing both concrete and excavation services. We have the latest in surveying technology to allow us to move quickly and more accurately. By suppling Concrete & Excavation construction services, we are able to interface both trades to be efficient and cost effective on projects. We are equipped with manpower and the equipment to handle any size project, large or small, with efficiency. Our supervisors learned the Concrete & Excavation construction trade through intensive concrete & excavation projects; incorporating the engineering, design, management, and construction of the project. Our staff acknowledges the value of, and abides by, the integration of schedule & accuracy. We can provide layout and excavation supervision. We will by request, coordinate inspections, concrete pump delivery, and complementing trades.
Our primary work consists of large Industrial Grain Handling systems. Our resume includes Feed Mills, Grain Terminals, Deep Pits, Scale Foundations, Ethanol Plants, Slip Silo Foundations, Water Tower Foundations, Large Commercial Buildings, Arenas, Ethanol Plants Agricultural Dealerships, Hotels, Carwash, Restaurants, & Resort projects throughout the Midwest states. In addition, we are very experienced in placement of Decorative Concrete for commercial & residential construction projects.
